EXCHANGE

• We offer exchanges for unused and unwashed products with original tags attached.
• Size/fit exchange and exchange for another product are available.
• For exchanges, ₹200 pickup and reshipping charges apply.
• The ₹200 charge must be paid online before the replacement order is dispatched.
• You can also ship the product to us yourself to avoid the ₹200 pickup charge.
• Exchange will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or a wrong product was received. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos/videos of the issue.

Products that have been washed, used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
