  • Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

  • Made-to-order or custom-sized products may take additional processing time.

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.


Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India using reliable courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or remote locations.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as re-shipping or exchange courier costs may be borne by the customer, as per our Return & Exchange Policy.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

  • Customers are requested to track their parcel using the provided tracking link.


Delivery Issues

  • Chhajja-Art is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • In case of non-serviceable pin codes or delivery issues, our team will contact you for further assistance.


Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged or tampered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos for assistance.

  • Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
