Return & Exchange Policy – Chhajja-Art

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your order 💛
However, if you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit, subject to the policy below.

RETURNS

All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags and labels intact.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If a customer requests an exchange and the product is not damaged and there is no mistake from our side, we will initiate the return; however, the customer will be responsible for both-side courier/shipping charges.

For exchanges due to wrong, defective, or damaged products, Chhajja-Art will assist accordingly.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please pack it securely in its original packaging and include your order number inside the parcel. Ship the return to the address below:

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will be notified by email once your refund is processed.

COD ORDERS

For returned COD orders, 20% or ₹200 (whichever is less) will be deducted from the refund amount.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
